Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center is proud to announce the return of the annual fundraiser, Mr. Central Florida, presented by The Ruthvens. This signature event, to be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, will return to the Bonnet Springs Park Event Center.
The theme for this year’s Mr. Central Florida fundraiser is “The Speakeasy,” and promises to transport attendees back to the roaring 1920s. It will be a night filled with glitz, glamour, and all the excitement of the Prohibition era. Guests are encouraged to wear their finest flapper dresses, pinstripe suits, fedora hats, and fringe to embrace the theme fully.
Guests will enjoy dinner catered by Frescos Southern Kitchen and Bar, complimentary libations, live entertainment, and an online auction. There’s even a “Chance to Win” a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta 1.5T Sport and more! This event is Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center’s major fundraising event, whereby an outstanding field of gentlemen in the community are vying for the title of Mr. Central Florida by raising money for the Center and the patients we serve. The Mr. Central Florida event has evolved each year since its inception in 2013. One thing that hasn’t changed: every dollar raised equals one vote, and the contestant with the most votes wins! Sponsorships are currently available for the event, so secure your spot early. Individual tickets will be available for purchase starting the first week of October, provided the event doesn’t sell out first from sponsorship seats alone.
